this is becoming apparent to me
i thought they put together a good site, a good business model, but ive changed my mind recently as i see them straying away from it. i thought their site showed a lot of promise with their design, layout, theme, etc but its clearly not going in that direction anymore
they thrive off drama, they thrive off scum...they are doing anything and everything to generate traffic, but they are generating the wrong kind of traffic right now
as long as they get angry and seperate themselves fromthe RX with their penis envy and big brother envy, they are seperating themselves from posters and only gain the fanatical ones. gaining fanatics was a good strategy in phase 1, but they have to be on phase 2 or 3 by now and that strategy should have been abandoned
they allow all touts to post there, bashing on the main page, penis envy of the 3rd degree
therx is Michigan, Texas, Florida.....the eog is Michigan State, Texas Tech and UCF

I enjoy reading your posts and feel you an intelligent guy, however saying this site is better than EOG is a joke. Yes, TheRx has more posters, and makes more $, but it is full of squares and rookies. Many of the people that are "castaways" from this site are over there b/c they allow you to share dissenting opinions, which I'm sure you would agree is important when having a constructive discussion. This place is run like nazi germany. There is drama at both sites, especially all this Ace-Ace crap. I know that you defend him, but come on man, he is a square tout- plain and simple. Just another scamdicapper. Anyways, check out the sports forums at some other sites, EOG included and you'll be surprised the amount of knowledge that is out there vs this place.... have a nice day.

we're okay to disagree. i dont think its a joke to say this site is better, and trust me:
1. I am NOT defending ace-ace as a person or capper as much as it looks like i am....moreso criticizing others
2. i am NOT one of these "i stand up for my forum" kind of guys. i go where the wind blows me based on what i see, and to compare eog or any other site to therx is a joke, IMO.
I understand your quality vs. quantity argument, and im all for quality, too.
i feel this site has tons of idiots and rookies and first timers and squares, but that doesnt take away from the fact that there are a ton of solid cappers here...sometimes they get drowned away with the rooks, but it happens
but just because eog is a closer knit bunch because there is less of the rookies, doesnt mean that eog is full of sharps. ive been to all of the other forums, it's like comparing some bed and breakfast vs. the Hilton
this place is a machine and its a one stop shop for any information about anything in the world and being able to talk about it with people that arent so tight assed and can laugh about things. thats my type of crowd. other places cant match that.
in order to keep this place free from scumbags and touts and as much drama as possible, you gotta be a Nazi, you gotta have rules in place with so many people running around, and i think its working out well....as the castoffs go elsewhere, the posting base here will be solid as time passes....they are on the right path and cleaning up some of the mess
if eog can take therx's penis out of it's mouth for 5 sconds, they may be able to see the big picture..but they are sticking with the eog vs. the world strategy...no rules....every man for himself strategy and as much as it was good initially to develop a fanatical posting base, i think it blows now as they should be passed that and looking to expand
if they change that, and start becoming a well oiled machine....i'll be first in line for a ticket....i have no beef with eog, and i have no ties to the rx.
i call em like i see 'em and nothing else even enters the same conversation of this place for everything it has to offer

One of the main things I love about the RX is the interaction. You make a post in any forum and there are 10-20-30 responses in under 5 seconds. At EOG you make a thread in the NFL forum at 4 PM on an NFL Sunday and you might get a response before Monday Night Football.
